Tryybe Agentic Trading Program
Building a New Generation of Intelligent Trading Systems
For the past few years, I have been obsessed with one question:
What would happen if everyday traders had access to the same class of technology that powers modern financial markets?
This question didn't come from theory. It came from experience.
I spent significant amounts of money trading the financial markets and, for two consecutive years, lost a substantial amount of it. Eventually, I couldn't simply accept the losses and move on. Something didn't make sense.
So I started digging deeper.
I wanted to understand not only how markets move, but what infrastructure powers modern markets, what kind of systems professional participants use, and why the average trader has such a difficult time consistently navigating them.
What I discovered changed the way I thought about trading.
1. The Vision & The "Why"
Financial markets have evolved dramatically.
Modern markets are no longer driven exclusively by humans sitting behind screens, drawing lines on charts and manually clicking buy and sell buttons.
Today, markets are heavily influenced by sophisticated algorithms, quantitative models, automated execution systems, high-performance computing infrastructure, massive datasets, and institutional trading firms.
Professional firms spend enormous resources building systems capable of processing information and executing strategies at speeds that are impossible for a human trader to replicate manually.
Meanwhile, many retail traders are still trying to compete with nothing more than a smartphone, a chart, a few indicators, and a strategy they found online.
That imbalance bothered me.
I started asking myself:
What if the average person could access better technology?
Not necessarily to guarantee profits.
Not to eliminate risk.
But to give people better tools, better infrastructure, and better systems for making decisions in complex financial markets.
That became the foundation for the work behind the Tryybe Agentic Trading Program.
Instead of accepting the limitations of traditional retail trading, I decided to go deeper into the infrastructure behind modern financial markets.
I wanted to understand what it would take to build systems capable of operating at a much higher level.
And I quickly discovered that building serious financial technology is expensive.
You need data infrastructure.
You need computing power.
You need reliable networks.
You need execution infrastructure.
You need engineering.
You need quantitative research.
You need artificial intelligence.
And you need people who understand how all of these components work together.
Building that infrastructure independently can require significant capital and years of engineering.
So I made a decision:
Let's build it once—and make the technology accessible to others.
The Agentic Trading Program is one of the programs developed through the Tryybe AI Workshop, where we explore the application of artificial intelligence, computing, and automation to complex real-world problems.
2. What Are Trading Agents?
Before getting into the program, it's important to understand what we mean by Trading Agents.
A Trading Agent is an autonomous software system designed to continuously analyze financial-market information and execute a predefined trading strategy or set of objectives.
These systems can incorporate artificial intelligence, quantitative models, technical analysis, market data, indicators, order-flow analysis, risk-management rules, and automated execution.
Modern AI models—including systems developed by organizations such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and DeepSeek—have made it possible to build increasingly sophisticated applications around financial data and decision-making.
But a Trading Agent is not simply an AI chatbot connected to an exchange.
The intelligence is only one component.
A complete agentic trading system can involve:
- Market-data ingestion
- Technical analysis
- Order-flow analysis
- Quantitative models
- Signal generation
- Strategy evaluation
- Risk management
- Position sizing
- Trade execution
- Portfolio monitoring
- Performance analysis
- Continuous feedback
The goal is to create a system capable of observing the market, processing available information, applying its strategy, and responding to changing conditions without requiring a human to manually operate every step.
This doesn't mean an Agent is infallible.
It isn't.
Markets are uncertain, and no model can predict the future with certainty.
The objective is to build systems that can make systematic, repeatable, and data-driven decisions rather than relying entirely on human emotion, fatigue, fear, or impulsive decision-making.
3. The Technology Behind the Agents
Building an intelligent trading system requires more than writing a trading strategy.
It requires infrastructure.
Running AI-powered trading systems continuously requires computing resources, networking, market data, execution systems, monitoring, and reliable software infrastructure.
Latency matters.
Reliability matters.
Data quality matters.
Risk controls matter.
A brilliant strategy is useless if the system cannot execute it reliably.
For the Agentic Trading Program, the platform used to build, develop, and train these Agents is RocketX.market.
RocketX.market provides the underlying environment and infrastructure used in this part of the Tryybe AI Workshop.
Because I built RocketX.market, the technology and infrastructure behind these systems are closely connected to the broader work I have been doing around AI, trading systems, computing, and financial technology.
For those who want to explore the specific Tryybe Community plan and included agents hosted on RocketX.market, it is available here:

The objective isn't simply to create another trading product.
It is to experiment with what becomes possible when AI, computing infrastructure, financial data, and human expertise are brought together.
4. The Tryybe Agentic Trading Program
The Tryybe Agentic Trading Program is part of the Tryybe AI Workshop.
The program is designed to make agentic trading technology accessible to traders, developers, researchers, and people who are curious about the future of financial technology.
The program serves two major groups.
For Traders
You don't necessarily need to be a programmer.
The program provides access to selected Trading Agents developed and tested within a supervised environment.
Where supported, users can connect their exchange or trading account and activate an available Agent.
The goal is simple:
Give people access to automated systems without requiring them to build the entire technology stack themselves.
For Developers & Technical Traders
The Tryybe AI Workshop also provides an environment for developers and technical traders to learn how to design and build Trading Agents.
This is where things become particularly interesting.
Instead of simply consuming trading technology, developers can learn how to create it.
Members of the community can experiment with different approaches to agentic trading and develop systems designed for different markets and strategies.
The long-term vision is to create an environment where traders and engineers can collaborate, experiment, test ideas, and build increasingly capable financial agents.
5. Markets & Agent Performance
The Agents developed within the program have been tested across several markets, including:
- BTC-USD / BTC-USDT
- XAUUSD (Gold)
- Deriv Synthetic Volatility 75
- Forex and currency pairs
- Other selected financial markets
Across our testing and experimentation so far, some Agents have achieved win rates between approximately 49% and 71%.
However, this number requires important context.
A win rate is not the same thing as profitability.
A strategy can have a high win rate and still lose money if its losing trades are significantly larger than its winning trades.
Likewise, a strategy with a lower win rate can potentially be profitable if its risk-to-reward structure is favorable.
Agent performance can also change dramatically as market conditions change.
For this reason, we do not present historical performance as a guarantee of future results.
The financial markets are inherently risky.
You can lose money.
An Agent can lose money.
And there will be periods where a strategy performs poorly.
6. Risk Management Comes First
One of the most important principles behind the program is that automation does not remove risk.
If anything, automation makes proper risk management even more important.
If you choose to use an Agent, consider starting with an amount you can afford to lose.
Don't deploy significant capital simply because an Agent has performed well in the past.
Test.
Observe.
Measure.
Understand the strategy.
Build confidence gradually.
If you're trading with substantial capital, monitor your open positions and understand the risk associated with each Agent before increasing your allocation.
Never assume that an Agent will always win.
There is no such thing as a guaranteed trading system.
The objective of the program isn't to sell the dream of effortless money.
It is to explore and build better technology for people who want to participate in financial markets with a more systematic approach.
7. The Bigger Mission
For a long time, I was obsessed with winning.
Winning trades.
Building companies.
Making money.
Solving difficult problems.
And pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible.
But eventually, I reached a point where I realized something much bigger:
You don't take anything with you.
Eventually, every person leaves this world.
So the question becomes:
What did you build while you were here?
What did you contribute?
Who did you help?
Whose life became better because you existed?
What will people remember?
That's what success means to me.
It's not simply about accumulating wealth.
It's about creating something that outlives you.
8. Why Tryybe Exists
This brings us to Tryybe itself.
Tryybe is not a trading platform.
Tryybe is a humanitarian and charity network.
The purpose of Tryybe is to help connect people, grassroots organizations, NGOs, and communities with the resources they need to address real-world humanitarian problems.
The community is designed around a simple idea:
People can do more when they come together.
Funding is important.
Technology is important.
But neither means much if they aren't ultimately used to improve people's lives.
This is why programs such as the Tryybe AI Workshop exist.
They are opportunities to bring people together around technology, education, research, entrepreneurship, and other areas where communities can learn, build, and create value.
The Agentic Trading Program is one expression of that broader philosophy.
It explores financial technology and artificial intelligence while contributing to a community where people can learn, collaborate, and build.
But the mission of Tryybe goes beyond technology.
9. Building a Better Future from Africa
I want to see more Africans become builders of the technologies shaping the future—not simply consumers of them.
Artificial intelligence.
Robotics.
Financial technology.
Computing.
Blockchain.
Science.
Engineering.
These are not technologies that should belong exclusively to Silicon Valley, Wall Street, or any particular part of the world.
We can build them here too.
But technology isn't the only future I want to build.
I also want to see communities become stronger.
I want to see people helping people.
I want to see grassroots organizations receive the resources they need to continue their work.
And I want technology to become a bridge between people who have resources and people who need them.
That is part of the reason Tryybe exists.
I want to see ambitious people challenge the world, change the world, and contribute to rewriting the story of Africa through technology, science, entrepreneurship, humanitarian work, and innovation.
A generation capable of building the future we once imagined.
A generation capable of creating our own version of the future we envisioned—a future where Africa isn't simply participating in technological revolutions, but helping lead them.
In loving memory of Chadwick Boseman, whose work and representation inspired millions.
May his soul rest in peace.
10. Beyond Trading
The Agentic Trading Program is ultimately bigger than trading.
The same principles we're exploring around intelligent financial systems—AI, automation, computing, data, and agentic systems—can be applied to many other problems.
This is why the program exists within the Tryybe AI Workshop.
We want people to learn.
We want developers to build.
We want researchers to experiment.
We want traders to explore.
And we want communities to collaborate on difficult problems.
The future will require people who understand how to work with intelligent systems.
But it will also require people willing to use those systems to solve problems that actually matter.
That is the kind of future I want Tryybe to contribute to.

The financial markets are changing.
The way we build software is changing.
The way we interact with artificial intelligence is changing.
And the way we solve problems will change too.
But technology is only as valuable as the problems it helps us solve.
The question isn't simply whether intelligent systems will become part of finance.
The bigger question is:
What will we build with them?
I'm betting on builders.
I'm betting on technology.
I'm betting on Africa.
And I'm betting on people willing to learn something difficult, build something meaningful, and use what they create to make the world a little better.
The Tryybe Agentic Trading Program is one small part of that journey.
Learn. Build. Trade. Give back.
I'm Brainy Josh (B-2).
The Good Guy. Mr. Compute.
